FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved method of obtaining alkylenecarbonate and/or alkyleneglycol. Method includes introduction of initial raw material for epoxidation, containing alkene, oxygen and recycle gas for epoxidation, into contact with epoxidation catalyst in epoxidation reactor for obtaining product of epoxidation reaction, which contains alkyleneoxide, further introduction of epoxidation reaction product in contact with lean absorbent in presence of iodide-containing carboxilation catalyst in absorber of alkyleneoxide to obtain recycle gas for epoxidation and fat absorbent, which contains alkylenecarbonate and/or alkyleneglycol, and introduction of, at least, part of recycle gas for epoxidation in contact with purification absorbent, able to reduce amount of iodide-containing admixtures, before bringing in contact with epoxidation catalyst. Purification absorbent is placed in one or several separate purification reservoirs, located downstream technological flow before epoxidation reactor or where epoxidation reactor represents multi-tube shell and tube heat exchanger, containing purification absorbent, located in epoxidation reactor downstream technological flow before reactor tubes, and where lean absorbent optionally contains water, product of epoxidation reaction contacts with lean absorbent non-obligatorily in presence of hydrolysis catalyst, and temperature in alkyleneoxide absorber is in the range from 50 to 160°C.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase process selectivity, improve activity and time period of epoxidation catalyst storage.
