FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. electric hot plate includes a tubular electric heater, a power switch and a signalling lamp illumination, 1-10 tubular electric heaters in one row, which are installed in a cavity of an external cover; each electric heater is installed in the cavity of lower part of a ceramic plate, or in the cavity of lower part of a solid ceramic plate, or on a layer of loose ceramic granules, which are connected to power switches, to signalling lamp illuminations and an electric current supply cable, which are located in the cavity of a box attached on outer side to the external cover, supported with pipelines with diameter of 4-60 mm from the boiler, by a layer of 1.0-200 mm of the ceramic plate or by the above layer of loose ceramic granules and at the bottom of the external cover, in each cavity of upper part of the ceramic plate or in the cavity of upper part of the solid plate, or in the cavity of loose ceramic granules, on each tubular electric heater there installed is a steel cover with a bottom, in the cavity of which there installed is a saucepan with possibility of its upward and downward movement, by changing a gap value between the steel cover bottom and the saucepan bottom by the value of 0.1-100 mm to prevent scorching of preparation products to the bottom of the above saucepan with screws installed in handles of the above saucepan, supported from a chute for collection of boiled-away water and from a steel plate that is attached to the external cover; each saucepan is closed with a cover and performs functions of an oven, 1-20 pipelines of straight or snake shapes, which are connected on one side to a common pipeline, to a valve and the capacity filled with crystal-clear spring water from a well or a borehole, and on the other side to a common pipeline, to a pipeline, to a storage water heater wound with a heat-insulating material, glass wool and wire, which is installed in the casing, with pipelines and the common pipeline, thus forming a closed independent water distribution system for preparation of hot drinks from crystal-clear water; on lower side of the storage water heater there installed is a valve for filling houseware with boiling water; in the capacity there installed is a float valve with a contact switch for automatic start of an electric motor and a pump for replenishing spent water in the capacity and its stop in canteens and restaurants, and water is filled manually in household use. In the capacity on the upper side there is an opening for reduction of steam pressure in the heating water distribution system with crystal-clear water; the boiler is connected on one side to the supply pipeline, to a water purifying filter, a valve and a municipal water distribution system; the valve is equipped with a reversible electric motor and a reduction gear for its automatic opening and supply of cold water from the municipal water distribution system and its closing after the heat supply network is filled with water, and on the other side the boiler is connected to a discharge pipeline, a pipeline, the storage water heater wound with heat-insulating material, glass wool and wire, which is installed in the casing, with a valve, the pipeline, radiators, the pipeline and supply pipeline, thus forming an independent closed heating water distribution system that is intended for heating of domestic and utility rooms, dining-rooms, restaurants and independent flats; the storage water heater is connected to a valve, a pipeline and a dish-washing machine, for automatic start of a reversible electric motor, a reduction gear actuator and for turning of the valve for water replenishing from the municipal network to the above heat supply network and for shutting off cold water from the municipal network; on upper side of the capacity there is an opening for reduction of steam pressure in the heating system. Besides, other alternative versions of the electric hot plate design are described.
EFFECT: providing electric energy saving, increasing operating safety for a man, improving environmental friendliness and multifunctionality.
