SUBSTANCE: electric cooker comprises a tubular electric heater, a power switch and luminous-signal lighting, besides, 1-10 tubular electric heaters are installed in the cavity of the external shell and in the cavity of the outer shell and in the cavity of the lower part of a monolithic ceramic slab on the lower boiler, which is installed on the layer of 1.0-200 mm of the monolithic ceramic slab or on the layer of 1.0-200 mm of loose ceramic granules and the bottom of the outer shell, and 1-10 tubular electric heaters are installed in the cavity of the middle part of the monolithic ceramic slab on the upper boiler, which is located between the upper and lower tubular electric heaters with a support against a lower part of the monolithic ceramic slab or on the layer of loose ceramic granules, boilers along the external perimeter are located in the layer of 1.0-200 mm of monolithic middle and lower ceramic slabs or in the layer of 1.0-200 mm of loose ceramic granules, in the cavities of the upper part of the monolithic ceramic slab there are 1-10 pans above the upper tubular electric heaters with a support against the middle and lower monolithic ceramic slabs or on the layer of loose ceramic granules and the bottom of the outer shell, each tubular heater is connected with the power switch with luminous-signal lighting and a cable, each pan with a cover is made with a single or double bottom of cylindrical or square shape from clay, surfaces of which are coated with a layer of glaze and are exposed to baking at temperature of 600-700°C, in the upper wall of the ceramic pan there is one, or two, or three tubes at the angle of 180 or 120 degrees along the diameter of circumference for drainage of boiled milk, water and water with fat into a reservoir installed on the electric cooker, or a pan with a cover is made of steel, or cast iron, or aluminium alloys with a single or double bottom of round, or square, or rectangular shape, in the upper wall of the pan there is one, or two, or three holes at the angle of 180 or 120 degrees along the perimeter of circumference, where tubes are installed for drainage of boiled milk, water or water with fat into a reservoir, each pan is closed with a cover, performing a function of an oven, the upper boiler at one side is connected with a supply pipeline, with a valve or a reservoir, in which there is a slide valve with a float for automatic filling of the specified reservoir and the upper boiler with crystal purse water by self-flow from a tank via the pipeline and disconnection of water supply from a tank after filling of the specified water supply network with water, and at the other side the upper boiler is connected with a drain pipeline, a tap and a pipeline for filling of dishes with boiling water, at the upper side of the reservoir there is a window for reduction of steam pressure in the thermal water supply network with crystal pure water, the lower boiler at one side is connected to a supply channel, the reservoir, where a slide valve is installed with a float for automatic filling with cold water from a city water supply network, cleaned with a filter of the specified reservoir and the thermal network and its disconnection, and at the other side the lower boiler is connected with a drain pipeline, a boiler wrapped into a heat protective material, glass wool and wire, which is installed in a jacket, a valve and a dishwasher, a gate, radiators made from aluminium alloys, a gate, a valve and a supply pipeline, forming an independent closed thermal water supply network, which is designed to heat apartments, canteens and restaurants, at the upper side of the reservoir there is a window for reduction of pressure in the thermal heating network, when water temperature is achieved in the thermal water supply network to 60-100°C, the temperature sensor automatically by a contact switch disconnects the lower tubular electric heaters, and connects them at the water temperature in radiators 40-50°C.
EFFECT: invention provides for power saving, safe operation for humans, multifunctionality.
