FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to muzzle devices of weapons and can be used for reduction of recoil energy. Muzzle brake includes flat housing 1, in which there are lateral channels 2 with reflecting surfaces 3 and bullet flight holes 4. Reflecting surfaces 3 of lateral channels intersect each other at sharp angle α enlarging from muzzle barrel section. Intersection line 5 of reflecting surfaces 3 of lateral channels is in brake symmetry axis passing through the barrel channel axis.
EFFECT: reduction of recoil energy.
