FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: use: for quality control of an acoustic contact with ultrasonic flaw detection. Substance: consists in the fact that a beam of ultrasonic vibrations is emitted into a prism of a piezoconverter, and the amplitude of transformed transverse vibrations is measured, and its value is used to decide on the presence or absence of acoustic contact with the transformed wave reflected from the working surface of the prism and received by a special piezoplate for receiving of transverse vibrations or said transformed wave reflected from the working surface of the prism further transformed using additional prismatic plane of the piezoelectric transducer transverse to the longitudinal one, and they monitor the movement of conventional piezoceramic plates, and the angle of incidence of transverse waves on the additional plane is selected based on the maximum conversion ratio in the longitudinal vibrations.
EFFECT: increased reliability of quality control of an acoustic contact by ultrasonic testing of various products.
