FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The composition of substrate for growing vegetative nursery plants and grape seedlings comprises sawdust, at that it additionally comprises the agglutinating binder which is used as bentonite clay containing water, Zn, Al2O3, TiO2, CaO, MgO, MnO, K2O, Na2O, SO3, ZnO, water PH is 7.80, glauconite having the composition: K2O is 220 mg/kg, P2O5 is 15 mg/kg, Ni is 80 mg/kg, manganese is 1500 mg/kg, chromium is 123 mg/kg, zinc is 120 mg/kg, iron is 0.30 mg/kg, in the following ratio of components: sawdust: bentonite clay: glauconite 1:1:1.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a new sterile substrate with improved water-physical properties, for growing vegetative nursery plants for an extended period without application of mineral fertilisers, providing increased yield, reduced cost of nursery plants with high adaptability of plants when planting on a constant place and intensive growth and the development on the plantation.
