FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely vertebrology, neurology and neurosurgery. An integrated electric stimulation is combined with trainings on Lokomat, robot-assisted complex. The electric stimulation of frequency 40-60 Hz, amplitude 30 mA, exposure length 900 seconds is performed using an electrode punctured into an epidural space at the level of the involvement, or an external electrode placed in a projection of an autonomous region of innervated muscles.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of the rehabilitation treatment in the patients with lower mono- and paraparesis with involved peripheral nerve.
