DEVICE FOR SEPARATION OF EXCESSIVELY SPRAYED LACQUER Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B05B15/12

Abstract RU 2507010 C2

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of excessively sprayed lacquer from exhaust air saturate with excess spray of painting chambers. Proposed device intended for rejection of excessively sprayed lacquer from separation surface comprises separation fluid flowing downward from separation surface. Loader with flute opened upward allows fed separation fluid to flow out in the flute lengthwise direction if separation fluid level in said flute is higher than outlet level. Then, separation fluid gets on separation surface to flow downward there along as a partially bound layer.

EFFECT: better and simplified process.
