FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: transport vehicle heater contains heating body assembly including heating element; electrode element put on heating element and being in contact with it; insulating plate enveloping the heating element and electrode element; and tube in which there located is heating element and electrode element, which are wrapped in insulating plate; radiator assembly installed on heating body assembly; and cover installed on end section of heating body assembly; at that, electrode element has end section taken from the tube through end hole of tube and bent so that it can pass through the cover and leave the cover. Heater manufacturing method involves connection of heating body assembly and radiator assembly, filling of inner cavity of tube in the area of end hole with waterproof electrically insulating sealant. End section is bent and inner cover is installed on bent part of end section; outer cover is installed and sealant is applied inside outer cover.

EFFECT: high vibration resistance and water resistance.
