FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of novel organoboron compounds and specifically to a method of producing 1-chloro-2,3-dialkylboracyclopent-2-enes of general formula (1), where R=C2H5, C3H7, C4H9. The method involves reacting di-substituted acetylenes (hex-3-yne, oct-4-yne, dec-5-yne) with triethylaluminium (AlEt3) in hexane in the presence of a zirconocene dichloride catalyst (Cp2ZrCl2) in ratio acetylene:AlEt3:Cp2ZrCl2=10:(10-14):(0.3-0.7) mmol at about 40°C for 4 hours. The reaction mass is then cooled to -10°C, boron chloride (BCl3) is added in double the amount relative to AlEt3 and then mixed at temperature of about 20°C for 30-60 minutes.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain novel organoboron compounds which can be used as components of catalytic systems in oligomerisation and polymerisation of olefin, diene and acetylene hydrocarbons, as well as in fine organic and organometallic syntheses.
