SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organoelemental spiro cyclic polymers. disclosed is a method of producing polyorganoelemento-spiro-cyclosiloxanes by co-hydrolysis of organoelemental comonomers: a compound of formula Z(OY)4, where Z=Si, Ti; Y=alkyl CnH2n+1(n=1-5) and diorganodialkoxysilane or diorganoalkoxysiloxane of general formula RO[SiRR'O]xR (R is Me or Et, R' is H or Me or Vin or Ph; x=1-4) in molar ratio of 1:(2-4) with a stoichiometric amount of water of 1-2 moles to the total amount of monomers without an organic solvent in the presence of an acid catalyst.

EFFECT: reducing consumption of crude components, environmental efficiency of the process, absence of ionic impurities in the end product and longer storage life thereof.
