FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is a method of obtaining highly functional branched polyelementorganosiloxanes by the hydrolytic polycondensation of elementorganic compounds RxE(OZ)v-x (where E=B, Si, Ti; R=H, alkyl-,haloidalkyl, aryl-, vinyl; Z=H, alkyl CnH2n+1 (n=1÷4), x=0÷ν, ν is element E valency), characterised by the fact that the hydrolytic polycondensation is carried out in a non-equilibrium way without the application of a solvent by the stoichiometric quantity of water m=0.5÷2.0 g-mole per 1 g-mole of compounds RxE(OZ)v-x of a specified conversion of functional groups OZ, which determines the molecular weight of the polymer, by the continuous removal of ZOH byproducts in vacuum at 50-80°C.
EFFECT: method eliminates the necessity of the solvent application, which reduces the price of the process and increases its environmental friendliness.
