FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: flushing assembly of a drilling bit includes a housing with a passage and a seat provided with an annular bore, and a nozzle with a sealing element, which is installed in the seat and fixed there by means of a retaining split-type ring arranged in the annular bore of the seat. By the first version flushing assembly is provided with additional sealing elements and fasteners for split-type ring designed as rods of stepped shape, head piece is designed with stepped axial through channels for rods which height does not exceed the height of head piece, additional sealing elements are arranged on fastener rods under steps of their larger diameter. By the second version flushing assembly is provided with fasteners for split-type ring designed as rods of stepped shape, the head piece is designed with axial through channels for steps of rod of smaller diameter, and steps of rods of larger diameter are arranged in annular bore made at the seat bottom opposite to axial channels of the head piece.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of the bit; simplifying installation and removal of the flushing assembly.
