SUBSTANCE: method includes stages, at which broadband light is provided, spatially multiple wavelength strips are identified, which are contained in broadband light, separately they modulate multiple wavelength strips, repeatedly they combine multiple modulated wavelength strips into a beam of spectrally coded broadband light. The turbid medium is illuminated with a beam of spectrally coded broadband light, light is detected, which is released from the turbid medium, with the help of a detector, and the detected light is demodulated with the help of a demodulator for provision of spectroscopic information.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of light usage.
