FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A device comprises: a light source able to emit a beam having a wavelength spectrum with a preset spectral bandwidth (Δλ,) and containing the centre wavelength (λ0); an interference spectroscope comprising a beam splitter able to divide spatially the beam emitted by the light source, into a reference beam and a measuring beam directed towards the above tissue; a reference beam deflection device able to deflect the reference beam; a spatial beam combination device configured to combine spatially the deflected reference beam and the measuring beam deflected by the above tissue to form the total beam, and a detector device for detecting the information carried by the total beam and associated with a difference of optical paths of the reference beam and measuring beam. The central wavelength falls within the spectral range from 300 nm to 500 nm. The method involves the stages of: generating the beam having the wavelength spectrum with the preset spectral bandwidth (Δλ) and containing the centre wavelength (λ0) falling within the preset spectral interval from 300 nm to 500 nm; dividing spatially the beams generated by the light source into the reference beam and measuring beam directed towards the above tissue; deflecting the reference beam; combining spatially the deflected reference beam and the measuring beam deflected by the above tissue to form the total beam, and detecting the information carried by the total beam and associated with the difference of optical paths of the reference beam and measuring beam.
EFFECT: using the given group of inventions is expected to achieve higher resolution ability.
