FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of traumatology and can be applied for surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures. Device contains main plate and auxiliary device for positioning main plate on femoral neck. Main plate has holes, separately intended for passing connecting wires with L-shaped external ends, for installation of screws for fixation of main plate on cortical layer of femur and threaded holes for screws for fixation of pressing strap. Auxiliary device for positioning main plate on femur is made in form of two clamping straps, spring-loaded on one end with compression spring. Guide bush with flange for screw connection with main plate is fixed with formation of required clearances between clamping straps by means of resilient "П"-shaped bracket. Guide bush is connected with flange at acute angle, with guide head, conjugate in size and shape, being placed in it with fixation against rotation. In said head made are canals for drilling in femoral neck and head canals for installation in them of connecting wires with L-shaped external ends, and upper circular support shoulder. Guide bush with flange is made screw-connectable with main plate with possibility of superposing outlet hole of guide bush with one common enlarged hole in main plate for passing connecting wires with L-shaped external ends.

EFFECT: invention ensures required positioning of main plate on femur and therefore high quality of osteosynthesis.
