FIELD: traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method includes connection of bone splinters by means of several needles introduced into head in fan-like way, bending of needle ends and joining of bent ends together by cap. The latter is made as a loop through which needle and extension element positioned in one plane with needle may be passed. Other end of extension element carries two flexible members directed oppositely to each other. Flexible members may be interconnected. At first vacant ends of needles are bent upwards, except for one needle which is passed through loop. Then bent part of this needle is arranged above extension element. Bent ends of the remaining needles are turned to one side and caught by flexible members which are secured to each other. The device for method embodiment has needles with bent ends and cap mounted on the latter. Cap is made as a loop for passing through it needle and extension element located in the same plane with needle. Other end of extension element carries two flexible members directed oppositely to each other. Flexible members may be interconnected. EFFECT: enlarged choice of needle lock, reduced traumaticity of tissues. 2 cl, 5 dwg
