SUBSTANCE: method of beef production at reconstruction of growth structure of stad at dairy farm, which includes a selection of animals in accordance with the desired genotype, the parameters of body weight with temporary life stages, growth energy, with intense feeding conditions on the regulations, types and quality of forages, optimal maintenance and protection from diseases. Culling of animals that do not meet the requirements is carried out, according to the invention the animals originally selected predominantly female (heifers), which are intensely cultivated, feeding additionally boiled fodder-starter and oat grains to six months age. First 8 weeks of life hay is not included in the diet. Heifers are weighed every month with the definition and correction of the conditions for growth and development. Selection of heifers for insemination and insemination of heifers that have reached the planned body weight from the age of 14 months in carried out during the hunt with the sperm of bulls-producers' improvers. Production of meat in body weight of replacement heifer is calculated using the following formula: PM = Hr + C + (Ca-Hr) = T + Ca, where PT is produced meat in live weight of replacement heifer, kg; Hr is body weight of replacement heifer on the fifth day after calving, kg; C is live weight of a body weight of live calf at birth, kg; Ca is average body weight annually culled and retired cows on the farm for the preceding calendar year, kg.
