FIELD: agriculture, particularly animal breeding. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of premilking stress to organism of animals, mechanical milking, hand stripping, and estimation of the milk yield level. Estimation is carried out during morning milking by the amount of secreted fat and its concentration in mechanically obtained milk then, in the midday milking, by concentration of fat in organic portion of milk obtained at the end of udder preparation for milking with relation to average indices. The stress factor during estimation is created by the presence of a stranger in the course of milking.
