FIELD: dairy cattle breeding. SUBSTANCE: method involves assessment of animals by the parameters of milk produced by mechanical and hand milking after subjecting the cows to stress. Assessment is based on a combination of three parameters of milk products: amount of lactose and relation of protein concentration to lactose concentration in an average sample of mechanically- obtained milk and relation of fat concentration to concentration of lactose in a limited portion of milk produced by hand milking.
