SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to effective immunogenic compositions against Staphylococcus aureus that contain the antigenic ingredients sta006 inducing an antibody that recognizes SEQ ID NO:42, and containing an amino acid sequence: having 50% or more SEQ ID NO:42 identity; and/or containing a fragment of at least 'n' sequential amino acids SEQ ID NO:42, wherein 'n' makes 7 or more, and sta011 inducing an antibody that recognizes SEQ ID NO:47; and containing an amino acid sequence: having 50% or more SEQ ID NO:47 identity; and/or containing a fragment of at least 'n' sequential amino acids SEQ ID NO:47, wherein 'n' makes 7 or more. The given antigenic ingredients can be optionally applicable in a combination with S.aureus saccharides.

EFFECT: compositions containing the declared antigens elicit a protective immune response on various pathologies caused by S Aureus.
