FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to anti-tumor vaccines based on epitope peptides MPHOSPH1 and can be used in medicine. Peptide is obtained consisting of amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 120. Peptide can contain replacement of C- and/or N-terminal amino acid of above sequence to leucine or methionine. Obtained epitope peptide has ability to induce cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) in presence of antigen presenting cell (APC) carrying HLA-A*0201 or HLA-A*0206.
EFFECT: invention allows inducing immune response against malignant tumor expressing MPHOSPH1 in individual, HLA antigen of which is HLA-A*0201 or HLA-A*0206.
