FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: belt liquefier (38) containing external section (66) of the liquefier, which can receive heat energy from heat-conducting component (40), and channel (72) at least partially determined by external section (66) of the liquefier. Channel (72) has sizes that can receive belt fibre (44). Belt liquefier (38) has the possibility of melting belt fibre (44) received in channel (72) till at least the extruded state by means of heat energy to provide melt flow. Additionally, sizes of channel (72) are such that the melt flow can be brought from an axially asymmetric flow to an axially symmetric flow in extrusion-type tip (52) connected to belt liquefier (38). A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional model in a digital extrusion-type production system involves use of the belt liquefier according to the invention for receiving and melting of the belt fibre till the extruded state and supply of the melt flow in the extrusion tip in the form of an axially symmetric flow.
EFFECT: performing operations with reduced response time and improving deposition accuracy.
