SUBSTANCE: slime is dumped via lock chamber from reactor water bath for production of synthesis gas to change said slime via gate to lower pressure level. Cooling water flow in fed into slime flow in slime dumping zone from reactor water bath or pressure tank surrounding said bath in cross-section area larger than that of inlet union of the plant next part to make temperature splitting. Cooling water flow is formed by circular gap between pressure tank outlet and narrowed cross-section at gate tank inlet.
EFFECT: slime dumping under effects of lower temperature without water exchange at minimum cooling power.
