FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: preliminary stressed seismic-isolation bearing for buildings and constructions consists of lower and upper parts forming closed chamber in which intermediate bed made of balls and lubricant is located. Lower part of support has a sleeve with thread meant for cavity filling with balls and lubricant reducing friction and providing protection of inner surface from corrosion, also it contains a bolt for generation of preliminary stress in intermediate bed. Upper part consists of base plate, guides shell and conical core, which serves for reduction of specific pressure on inner surface of bearing. Closed chamber is attached to base plates by stiffeners. Stiffness of upper part is provided by stiffeners and a cavity filled with concrete. For bearing attachment holes for anchor bolts in base plates are provided.
EFFECT: providing protection of buildings and constructions against seismic impact, reducing building costs in seismic regions.
