SUBSTANCE: power plant containing a bypass steam line, in which a bypass control valve is located, which is controlled by a pressure control; besides, the bypass control valve opens before the bypass control valve opens, which forms a bypass between a steam inlet and a steam outlet of high pressure as soon as the specified value is exceeded. Besides, an operating method of the power plant is presented.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing power losses.
