SUBSTANCE: way a combined cycle plant (CCP) operates during the period of power consumption dips relates to power engineering and can be used in the operation of a combined cycle plant (CCP) during periods of power consumption dips with the transfer of the steam turbine to motor mode. The effect is achieved by the fact that in the method for operation of the combined cycle plant during the period of the dips in the power consumption schedule, which consists in regulating the electric power in the heating mode using a gas turbine, a waste heat boiler, a multi-cylinder steam turbine, a condenser, a generator, monitoring and control means as part of the combined cycle plant, in unloading the power of the gas turbine to the lower limit of the control range and transferring the steam turbine to the motor mode with steam extraction for cooling the flow path, when the steam turbine is switched to the motor mode, high pressure steam is extracted to the heating water heater, to the high pressure cylinder steam inlet through the bypass line of the main steam valve, to the high pressure cylinder seal through a reducing and cooling device, and low pressure steam to the low pressure cylinder from the heater network water, after passing the minimum load, failures of the power consumption schedule, in parallel with the increase in the load on the gas turbine, in an advanced mode, the temperature state of the flow path of the steam turbine is monitored and, in accordance with the readings obtained, the amount of high-pressure steam required for a rapid load increase is sent to it, the temperature of which is maintained above the temperature of the metal of the steam inlet organs by 0-30°С.

EFFECT: increasing reliability of the operation of steam inlet organs, as well as improving environmental and operational indicators of the power plant in the mode of gas turbine cogeneration plant.
