FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: windrower comprises a traction unit with a frame and a steering wheel and/or the at least one control handle for activation of the steering control, a header, a lifting unit, a swivel vehicle. The header has a longitudinal extension, an opening of the feeder connected to the first place of installation, and the first coupling on the end of the header connected to the second place of installation. The lifting unit is mounted on the frame and is made with the ability to install the header on the first place of installation. The swivel vehicle is mounted on the frame of the traction unit. The swivel vehicle comprises a second coupling made with the ability to connect to the first coupling, and at least one actuator between them for connection and for regulation of the relative angular orientation between the frame and the header when the first coupling and the second coupling are connected together. The swivel vehicle comprises also a sensor of steering control made with the ability to detect the position of the steering wheel and/or at least one control handle and giving the output signal, and electric circuit of data processing. The electric circuit of data processing is made with the ability to obtain an output signal, and with the ability to control at least one actuator only depending on the output signal.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to ensure easy and effective towing of the header during operation and during transportation.
