SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of preserves "Gizzard with cabbages". The method is as follows: at first one performs recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting and sauteing in melted fat. Then one performs fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, beef gizzard and dill greens cutting. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with bone broth, tomato paste, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf. Then the produced mixture is packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
