SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive seat system. Car seat backrest comprises headrest with height adjustable with the help of guide and crossbar arranged at backrest top part and fixed thereto. Said guide comprises guide device 25 fixed to crossbar to guide said guide element secured to headrest and built therein. Lock 50 is secured to said guide, its locking part 51 being attached to crossbar 18 and another locking part 52 secured to headrest 4. Both said parts 51 and 52 interact as ledge and recess.
EFFECT: manual adjustment of headrest position.
