FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: locking device for connection of manifolds comprises a body with nozzles and a piston, having a stem, is equipped with a cover with inlet and outlet nozzles, a plunger with a tail, dampers and a driving mechanism with a cavity. The piston forms a tight cavity in the body, connected with the cavity of the driving mechanism installed in the body. The stem is made with a dead hole, fixed in the body at the side of one of its nozzles and is made with thinning in the wall of the dead hole arranged in the cavity of the body formed by the cavity of the second nozzle. The plunger is tightly installed in the cover. The tail is fixed on the plunger as capable of disconnection with the plunger, interaction with the damper and fixation in the specified cavity after interaction of the free end of the specified tail with the piston. The second damper is made in the form of a bushing, installed as capable of interaction and further fixation of the piston after supply of working medium into the cavity of the driving mechanism and contact of the piston with the free end of the tail and is communicated by cavities with environment, and the driving mechanism is made in the form of a pyro actuator.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and operation capabilities.
