FIELD: dishwashers.
SUBSTANCE: way to evaluate and provide a heating hygienic effect in the dishwasher with several tanks has been suggested. It assumes temperature changes inside at least one cleaning area (4, 14, 18, 25) with the help of at least one sensor (40; 50, 51, 52, 53) that transfers the inside temperature of at least one cleaning area to the machine controller (36). The method implies the following stages: changing of the inside temperature of at least one cleaning area (4, 14, 18, 25); determination of the heat supplied to the dishware subject to cleaning on the basis of the temperature specified at the first stage; the resulting value is compared with the preset value of the supplied heat; either the conveyance speed of the dishware in the dishwasher, or the temperature of at least one parameter influencing the heat supply is changed.
EFFECT: evaluation and implementation of a heating hygienic effect in the dishwasher with several tanks.
