FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical hardware, particularly, to petroleum bitumen production by oxidation of green oil, namely to heat exchange processes used in production of oligomer bitumen. Proposed tray comprises two perforated tray webs arranged one above the other. Straight flow valves are fitted in perforations of lower tray. Note here that said straight flow valve comprises fixed valve element fitted at lower tray and having central bore and valve seat. Besides, it comprises moving axially symmetric shutoff element to stop said central through bore by fixed valve element located in valve seat. Also it includes shell ring secured to fixed valve element to abut by top end on tray upper web. Central bore accommodates the rod of moving shutoff element. Bottom end of the latter is spaced from fixed valve element top end to allow required motion of moving shutoff element.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat exchange.
