FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, particularly to a method of producing oligomeric bitumen. Oligomeric bitumen is produced by preparing raw material through vacuum distillation of mazut in a vacuum column at residual pressure at the top of the colum of 15-18 mm Hg; the obtained tar containing 12-23 wt % paraffin-naphthenic hydrocarbons is fed into a buffer tank where it is mixed with 10-30% bitumen compound from a oxidation reactor. The prepared material is fed into the middle part of the oxidation reactor under a mesh-valve tray to which is simultaneously fed a plasticising additive, which is a product of reacting styrene, cyclohexanone peroxide, a solution of cobalt naphthenate in styrene and overoxidised bitumen, in amount of 5-15% of the weight of the material and an air mass is simultaneously fed into the middle and bottom part of the oxidising reactor in a volume ≥160 m3/t of the fed material. Oxidation is carried out at temperature in the primary oxidation zone of 215-230°C in a film mode, followed by lowering said temperature to obtain oligomeric bitumen and the finished product is removed from the bottom part of the reactor.
EFFECT: obtained oligomeric bitumen has improved operational characteristics.
