FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to petrochemical equipment development, and namely to plants for obtaining oligomeric nanostructured bitumen. The plant includes a receiving oil stock tank connected through a heating device to a vacuum column, one outlet of which is connected via an exhaust gas discharge line to an exhaust gas treatment system, and the other outlet of which is connected via a stock material discharge line through a buffer tank to a nozzle-plate oxidation column equipped with air supply branch pipes, one outlet of which is connected via the exhaust gas discharge line to the exhaust gas processing system, and the other outlet of which is connected via a finished bitumen discharge line to a target product tank. The oxidation column is equipped with groups of nozzles and plates having the possibility of film-type oxidation and arranged in middle and lower parts of the oxidation column, between which a grid-valve plate is installed. Air supply branch pipes to the oxidation column are arranged under plates of the lower vat part of the oxidation column and in a primary reaction zone immediately under the grid-valve plate, to which there also connected is a stock material supply branch pipe from the buffer tank and a supply branch pipe of plastifying agent required for obtaining oligomeric bitumen. Overoxidised bitumen obtaining zone located above the grid-valve plate is connected to the buffer tank through a return flow supply line, to which there also connected is a recycle line for spraying of the upper part of the oxidation column through a sprayer provided with a possibility of creating a solid film-type curtain throughout the cross section of the oxidation column.
EFFECT: improving qualitative characteristics of the obtained bitumen owing to improving efficiency of an oxidation process of oil stock with addition of a plastifying additive required for obtaining oligomeric bitumen, and quality of the stock material supplied for oxidation.
