FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in production of single-screw pumps. This mould consists of metal body and elastomer with inner helical surface inserted therein. Besides it comprises female die with circular loading chamber and moulding unit located at flat bed, male die, gating system, pattern that forms inner helical surface of stator elastomer and finished product extractor. Female die forming unit is composed by vertical cylindrical chamber of ID equal to stator body OD. It is equipped with lower and upper forming rings secured to pattern ends and stator body. Gating system channels communicating forming unit chamber with loading chamber are made in upper forming ring. Finished product extractor stays in tight contact with lower forming ring end and is located in opening made at forming unit chamber bottom. Said mould is used to produce high-quality stators of single-screw pumps intended for transfer of aggressive fluids.

EFFECT: simple design, higher reliability and serviceability.
