FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: moulding unit of die to produce the movable joint comprising alternating ring reinforcement elements and elastomer layers, containing moulding rings connected with the outermost reinforcement elements of the movable joint, and clamps for reinforcement elements. At that the moulding unit is equipped with metal ring inserts installed during the moulding unit assemblage on the external end faces of the outermost reinforcement elements, puller bolts that during disassemblage of the moulding unit are screwed in through thread holes opened in the moulding rings till stop against the metal ring inserts, and L-shape ring installed prior to the removal of the reinforcement element clamps on one of the outermost reinforcement elements of the movable joins after the moulding ring removal from it, and after metal ring insert removal.

EFFECT: excluded possibility of article damage, some large-size movable joints are made with quality.
