SUBSTANCE: drive system (15) for a backflap (18) movably installed on a furniture body (17). The drive system (15) of the backflap is located on the side wall of the furniture body (17) and comprises a mechanical actuating unit (3), which is equipped with an actuating lever (19) connected to the backflap (18) and an energy accumulator loading the actuating lever (19), and an electric drive (2) fixed on the mechanical actuating unit (3), which is designed for driving the backflap (18). The electric drive (2) includes at least one electric motor and one transmission step (1).
EFFECT: possibility to transfer force from an electric drive to a mechanical actuating unit, a transmission step is made in the form of an independent structural element, having a body independent on the mechanical actuating unit and the electric drive or an independent assembly panel.
