FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: fuel oxidation method involves several stages. When in the first operating mode, the mixture containing fuel supplied from a fuel source is compressed in a compressor of a fuel oxidation system; compressed fuel is oxidised in a reaction chamber of the fuel oxidation system; and oxidised fuel expands for generation of kinetic rotation energy. When in the second operating mode, fuel from the fuel source is supplied round about the compressor, and fuel that has been supplied round about the compressor is oxidised in the reaction chamber. Besides, a device for the method's implementation is presented.
EFFECT: invention allows receiving fuel from a fuel source and supplying the fuel received from the fuel source to the reaction chamber or to the compressor inlet for air-and-fuel mixture, or by supplying the fuel round about the compressor through a heat exchanger heated with gas flow leaving the reaction chamber.
