A method is described for predicting the lethal outcome in patients with severe CoVID-19 by immunological examination of the parameters of macrophage inflammatory proteins MIP-1α and MIP-1β in blood serum, where when the concentration of MIP-1α above 70 pg/ml and MIP-1β above 50 pg/ml is reached, a high risk of the lethal outcome is predicted.

EFFECT: conducting a quick and affordable diagnosis makes it possible to timely select an adequate therapy.
