METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF CLINICAL COURSE OF GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2530634 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be applicable for the prediction of the clinical course of gastroesophageal reflux disease. That is ensured by defining the total life quality measurement scale, as well as the mental health (MH) value, the vitality (VT) value, the standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN), pro-inflammatory (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4) interleukins. If SDNN is more than 80 ms and less than 40 ms, IL-1β is more than 1.5±0.3 pg/ml; IL-6 is more than 1.8±0.8 pg/ml; TNF-α is more than 2.78±0.35 pg/ml; IL - 4 is less than 4.4±0.42pg/ml, loss of the life quality is observed, including: constipation syndrome more than 4.5±1.5%, the total measurement scale more than 22.2±1.5%, VT less than 59.1±3.8 points, MH less than 63.8±3.5 points, the unfavourable course of gastroesophageal reflux disease is predicted.

EFFECT: using the declared method enables the more accurate prediction of the unfavourable course of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the patients with constipation syndrome.
