FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood serum immunoassay during acute period is performed to provide clinical outcome forecast of acute viral hepatitis B (AVHB) therefore interferon gamma, interleukin 1 beta, interleukin 4 rates and subpopulations CD3+ -, CD4+ -, CD8+ -, C022+ - lymphocytes are detected. Growth of CD3+ -, 4+ -, 8+ lymphocytes contents and normalization of CD22+ lymphocytes forecast favourable outcome. Reduction in gamma interferon contents, decrease of interleukin 1 beta and interleukin 4 concentrations up to zero value accompanied by continuing reduction in CD3+ -, CD8+ and CD22+ - lymphocytes forecast unfavourable outcome of acute viral hepatitis.
EFFECT: method application allows improving accuracy of clinical outcome forecast of acute viral hepatitis B.
