FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to submarines-carriers of rescue submersible craft intended for rescue of people of damaged submarines. Submarine-carrier is equipped with enclosure composed of solid structure with recess to accommodate rescue submersible craft. Height of said solid structure is selected to make the distance from craft suction chamber docking flange standard position surface to enclosure top edge exceeds surface ship draft. Enclosure top section houses technical means protecting submersible craft against crushed ice, for example, moving structures composed by boards while enclosure aft is equipped with opening structures. Board chambers house ballast cisterns.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety under various operating conditions including arctic areas and emergent situations.
