FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for addition of a soluble activating cation of bivalent metal chosen from Mn++, Co++, Mg++, Ca++ and their combination to a composition containing polypeptide GH61 and a cellulolytic enzyme, where availability of the above soluble activating cation of bivalent metal increases the level of decomposition or conversion of raw material containing cellulose. Besides, the following has been described: a method of decomposition or conversion of raw material containing cellulose, a method for obtaining a fermentation product and a composition for decomposition of the raw material containing cellulose.
EFFECT: improving activity of polypeptide GH61 having an activity intensifying the cellulolytic activity.
