SUBSTANCE: composition for removing rust and preserving surfaces of metal structures and pipes before painting contains components in the following ratio, g/dm3: phosphoric acid 305-355, zinc oxide 7-9, trisodium phosphate 6-11, potassium dichromate 11-16, glycerine 25-29, acetone 50-60, demineralised water - the balance.
EFFECT: obtaining a fine-crystalline phosphate coating with high corrosion resistance and good adhesion at low temperature.
