FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal means of protection for hands against vibration. Gauntlet has palmar and rear sides connected to mage open cavity, vibration damping means communicated with compressed air source and furnished with pressure control valve. Gauntlet rear side consists of three plies: outer ply made of solid protective material, mid resilient woven ply and inner ply of natural fabric. Palmar side is furnished with pneumatic elastically damping elements and basic pneumatic elastically damping element connected with all cavities of elastically damping elements filled with compressed air, interconnected and connected with compressed air source via damping channels. Gauntlet is furnished with outer protective ply composed of interconnected plies of rings of stainless steel. Note here that spacings between rings are covered by their joints while outer protective layer is secured over gauntlet outline on palmar side with the help of, for example, latches.
