RESCUER PROTECTIVE SUIT FOR WORK UNDER CONDITIONS OF LOW TEMPERATURES AND RADIOACTIVE RADIATION Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A41D13/00

Abstract RU 2565534 C1

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: rescuer protective suit consists of trousers with protective stockings, a shirt with a hood, two-toed gloves and a balaclava. The trousers are sewn together with stockings ending with rubber vamp with bots, to which the ribbons are sewn for attachment to the feet. In the upper part of the trousers there are shoulder straps and semi-rings, and the shirt is combined with the hood. Behind its lower edge is sewn to the intermediate strap which is passed between the legs and fastened with a button in the lower part of the shirt in front, and the sleeves end in loops which are worn on the thumb after putting on the gloves. On the sleeves of his shirt there are cuffs fitting the wrist, and the hood is fixed on a neck with the ribbon and a plastic peg. The bottom of the shirt is pulled with an elastic ribbon and is provided with a crotch strap, and the trousers are held by two straps and buckles from semi-rings and fixed with the straps below. It is additionally provided with a protective vest against electromagnetic radiation, consisting of a fabric lining connected to the protective shell, and in the fabric lining the elastic frame racks are fixed by retainers to the waist strap, and the protective shell is mounted on the elastic frame racks. The protective shell is made three-layered. The first layer facing the environment surrounding the operator, is processed with foam multifunctional composition for degasation, disinfection, desinsection, deactivation and shielding the surfaces, volumes and objects from the hazardous agents and substances with foam, where the liquid phase of the foam is a solution of clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea as an active substance in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight, and the clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea is used as clathrate didecyldimethylammonium chloride with urea and/or clathrate didecyldimethylammonium bromide with urea, the composition can be used, where the clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea is used as clathrate didecyldimethylammonium bromide with urea. It is additionally equipped with a respirator comprising a concentric pleated filter, a peripheral ring of which passes into a conical surface, and the shutter is made in the form of an annular inflatable bladder of elastic material. For a tight connection of closure of the conical surface of the filter with the shutter the respirator is provided with a frame of elastic material in the shape of a truncated cone with functional openings on a side surface on one side of which, with a ring of elastic material a filter is fixed, and on the other side, by clamping a part of an inflatable bladder with the annular trough-shaped end of the frame the shutter is fixed, the vibration-protective gloves contain a palm and a back part with a fingerstall, interconnected to form an open cavity they additionally contain elastic-damping elements which are fixed by means of a patch pocket on the palm part, and the back side of the glove is made of a solid protective material, such as rubberized industrial fabric, and is connected to the palm part by two side surfaces parallel to the axis of the glove and one end surface perpendicular to the axis of the glove, and the elastic-damping elements are arranged in vertical rows parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axis of glove and formed of at least two polymeric mesh tubes which are welded to each other at points of contact with the possibility of their relative displacement within the angle lying in the range of 20÷45°, and the cavities of each mesh tube are filled with damping element made of foam plastic or foam-elast or sponge rubber, and the cavity of each of mesh tubes is filled with a damping element made in the form of polyeretbane foam chopped into pieces with the size of the faces of 0.2÷1.0 of the thickness of the mesh tubes, the rescuer shoes for operation under conditions of low temperatures is made of felt, comprising a bootleg, a foot part and a main sole, placed at the lower side of the foot part. Protective sole which is placed at the lower side of the main sole is made of EVA material or EVA compound with rubber, or EVA compound with PVC, or EVA compound with polyethylene, and additionally comprises a removable insole which is made heated of ethylene vinylacetate or other elastic material, and in the heel portion of the insole a piezoelectric element of piezo-rubber is glued, such as polydimethylsiloxane, with the thickness of 2.5÷5 mm, the size of 10×10 mm. It is placed in a protective casing, and the heating filament is connected to at least one piezoelectric element disposed in the area of heel and/or toe, and the second protective shell layer is made resilient of a ferromagnetic fabric comprising a base, a binder polymeric material and the powder of a ferromagnetic material. The fabric base is made in the method of plain weaving. Warp and weft threads are provided as alternate lavsan and high-permeability monofilaments, the amount of threads per one meter is 5000÷7000, the high-permeability monofilaments are made of supermalloy either from molybdenum permalloy with the cross-section size of 0.05÷0.1 mm, and lavsan threads have a linear density of 10÷20 tex, the ferromagnetic powder is used as high-coercivity alloy powder. The content of components in the fabric by weight is in a ratio by wt %: lavsan threads 10÷15; high-permeability material monofilaments 20÷25; binder polymer substance - acrylic copolymers 10÷15; powder of high-coercivity alloy 50÷55. The second layer is made of a material absorbing the radioactive radiation, with the absorption coefficient corresponding to the dose of ionizing radiation, and the material absorbing the radioactive radiation is used as material which comprises as a filler the lead oxides (lead oxide II, IY) and the binder - polyvinyl butyral, ethyl acetate, di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid of the formula where n = 6, R - alkyl group containing 8-10 carbon atoms and ethyl cellulose with the following ratio of components, wt %: lead oxide II, IY 30.6-56.8; polyvinyl butyral 3.8-10.2; ethyl acetate 14.3-26.5; di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid 0.2-0.4; ethylcellulose - the rest. The new composition of the binder in the claimed invention provides full compatibility with lead oxides and enables to obtain materials with high lead equivalent and the degree of flexibility that has good adhesion to metals, concrete, brick, moreover, the material is a highly concentrated suspension rapidly curable in air, and the material viscosity is 20÷70 Pa∙s, which enables to cast films from it of different thickness with die or extruder, to apply to the surface with a brush, pouring over, pour into various cavities, slits and channels.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the design of clothes of rescuers operating under conditions of burning objects in the presence of flying and falling objects of a destructible object, and in the presence of radioactive radiation.
