FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave hardware and can be used in antenna-feeders and transmitters as a matched-load termination or an antenna equivalent of coaxial or strip microwave circuits with high pulse power. Strip load comprises strip conductor arranged between absorbing plates fitted on metal substrates. Strip conductor abuts on said plates. Note here that strip conductor width increases, smoothly or discretely, from load input to output. Strip conductor input sizes ensure impedance equal to that of input transmission circuit. Absorbing plates are made from material that features high specific heat conductance and complex permeability.

EFFECT: higher electric strength, recovery of strip load characteristic after heat stress.
