FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry, particularly to an immunity inducing agent containing an active ingredient presented by an effective amount of at least one polypeptide possessing immunity inducing activity consisting in inducing CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells able to destruct tumour cells expressing human CAPRIN-1 polypeptide, and specified in the following polypeptides (a), (b) and (c), or an effective amount of a recombinant vector containing a polynucleotide coding such polypeptide and able to express such polypeptide in vivo: (a) a polypeptide of any amino acid sequence among SEQ ID NO: 43-76 sequence list; (b) a polypeptide 85% or more identical to the polypeptide (a) sequence (a); and (c) a polypeptide with 8-12 amino acids containing the polypeptides (a) or (b). The invention refers to a method for inducing the immunity using the above agent.
EFFECT: invention enables extending the range of products for inducing the immunity.
