FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: an immunity-inducing composition that expresses SCD1 in a mamma and comprises a polypeptide or recombinant vector that contains a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide as an effective ingredient is administered. The polypeptide consists of an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 22 and SEQ ID NO: 24. The recombinant vector is capable of expressing the said polypeptide in vivo. Also a method in vitro preparation of an antigen-presenting cell and an in vitro method for preparation of a cytotoxic T-cell are proposed.
